To access the Budget page, owners will need to sign up using your email and then choosing a password. Please remember to write down your password that you use at the initial time that you sign up. After doing this initial step you will not have immediate access to the Budget page, but an email will be sent to EMG and they will then verify that you are a homeowner and they will then grant you access to the Budget page.  You will receive confirmation via email that you are then signed up. This process should only take a day or 2 during the week but may take longer over a weekend or holiday.
